In a matinee concert on Sunday, April 17, clarinetist Steven D. Hartman will perform at Zankel Music Center. Although this will mark his Skidmore debut, Hartman is very familiar with Saratoga Springs, having performed with the New York City Ballet orchestra at SPAC for 25 years.
