Skidmore is hosting the first-ever American Culinary Federation Seminar in New York State on Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 9 and 10, in Murray-Akins Dining Hall. Ten colleges and universities will attend and participate in the special competition that is a part of all of these seminars.
