Health and Wellness
Welcome to Skidmore! You are entering a community that values your health and wellness. This virtual orientation will introduce you to the key people and offices who are there to support you physically, emotionally and socially. After viewing, you’ll know how to access these resources, and we hope you’ll feel empowered to ask for help, when needed. This is a year like no other, and our goal is to start the semester together with a shared understanding of COVID-19 and the individual and collective responsibilities we have to keep each other safe. This is why it is especially important that you read and complete the COVID-19 Student Health Pledge before classes begin on Feb. 2. An updated pledge will be sent to your Skidmore email before the start of the spring semester. Focusing on your health and wellbeing in the coming weeks and months is important and Skidmore’s Health and Wellness teams are here for you, whenever you need us.
