This year there are two ways to enter your work - in person and on line.
The remaining dates to submit work in person are Thursday, Feb. 4 - Thursday, Feb 11, 2021. Final deadline for in-person submissions
is Thursday, Feb. 11, at 4 p.m.
Due to COVID precautions, you must fill out your entry form in advance, bring it with
you, AND sign up for a time slot to bring in your work.
You may submit on line now through Thursday, Feb. 11, 2021.
Final deadline for on-line submissions is Thursday, Feb. 11 at 4 p.m. (This deadline is earlier than the in-person deadline in case students need to make
adjustments to their submitted photos. We will notify students via e-mail if adjustments
are necessary.)
To submit on line:
> Click on the link below for the prospectus - (general guidelines for entering work.) Read this.
> Click the link for the entry form, download it, and fill it out.
> Once you've filled out your entry form, save it, and e-mail it to Rebecca Shepard along with a REQUEST FOR ACCESS to a Box file to upload your images. You will receive access within 24 hours.
>Before you upload your images to Box, make sure each image is labeled as follows:
Last name_First name_ Title of work_Image number (1, 2, 3, etc.)
>Upload your images AND your completed entry form.
>For 2-D work, submit one image per work.
For 3-D work, you may submit up to 3 images per work.
