For Sanju Mohan '19, Fortouma Sissoko '18, and David Stephenson '18, living on campus is more than just having a place to sleep. As these RAs explain, it's a way to help new students adjust to life at Skidmore.

Tennis players

Last week's ITA nationals in men's tennis included JT Wynne '20, who came in seventh in singles, as well as Steven Koulouris '18, who teamed with Wynne to take fourth place in doubles.

Skidmore field hockey, 5-0 in Liberty League games and 11-4 overall, hopes to win the regular-season title on Friday in Rochester, N.Y. Either way, the squad has a berth in the league playoffs.

Sheldon Solomon

Skidmore announces the Fred L. Emerson Foundation Challenge, a chance to raise $1 million for the new Center for Integrated Sciences. Only through November 30, all gifts and pledges made by nursing and science alumni will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $500,000.

It's not too late–deadline is Nov. 3–to nominate alumni for recognition awards and/or alumni board positions. Alumni in class years ending with 3 and 8 are especially urged to nominate classmates for awards.
