Inclement Weather Update

Due to current weather conditions, Skidmore College will suspend operations tomorrow, Sunday, January 20, 2019.

Residence halls and the dining hall will remain open for students on campus and those who are able to return to campus on Sunday. However, all other scheduled activities have been cancelled.

Essential staff should report as scheduled. Facilities Services will continue to work throughout the storm. Read more at

Boys Lacrosse: Day Camp

Dates: July 29 - August 2, 2019

Time: Monday - Thursday, 9 am – 3 pm and Friday, 9 am – 12 pm

For Who: Grades 3 – 11

Cost: $255

Enrollment is limited, do not delay registration!

Some camps will not be available for walk-up registrations based on enrollments. In the cases where there are spaces available, a $25 walk-up fee will be charged.

Program Information:
The Skidmore College boys’ lacrosse camp is designed to teach and develop the fundamental skills of lacrosse. Take your game to the next level through top level instruction from the Skidmore Coaching Staff and Skidmore Players. The camp will be held over 5 days, giving campers an excellent opportunity to develop their skills in a fun environment. Campers will also get to take advantage of Skidmore College athletic facilities throughout the week. The Skidmore Lacrosse Staff firmly believes in developing fundamental players at all ages and is excited to share their knowledge of the game with your son!

Each day will consist of:

  • Individual Instruction on Fundamentals
  • Positional Skill Development
  • Team concepts
  • Game Play

Each camper is responsible for providing the following:

  • All Lacrosse Equipment (Helmet, Gloves, Elbow Pads, Shoulder Pads, Mouth Guard, & Stick)
  • Cleats & Shoes
  • Water Bottle
  • Bathing Suit & Towel

Each day campers will need to provide their own bagged lunch (cooler pack recommended)

Skidmore College's Wachenheim Field (field turf field), lower grass fields and Williamson Sports Center - main gymnasium in the event of inclement weather (will need sneakers for indoor use).
