2026 Senior Thesis Exhibition at the Tang
Skidmore’s annual Senior Thesis Exhibition will be on view May 7–16 at the Tang Museum. The Art Department show features work by 29 senior studio art majors, with an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 8. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public. Learn more.

Facilities update
Facilities Services has begun starting up the campus chilled water system, which provides air conditioning for select buildings, in preparation for warmer spring temperatures. The system is expected to be operational by the first week of May. Buildings affected by this startup include Bolton Hall, Palamountain Hall, Billie Tisch Center for Integrated Sciences, Barrett Center, Howe-Rounds Hall, Wait Hall, Jonsson Tower, Case Center, Ladd Hall, Lucy Scribner Library, and Janet Kinghorn Bernhard Theater.
Planned power outage
Facilities Services will conduct a campuswide planned power outage for high-voltage maintenance from 6 a.m. to noon Sunday, May 24. Contact facilities@skidmore.edu with questions.
Pool closure for summer upgrades
The pool will be closed for the summer to allow for installation of a new filtration system. Please contact Matt Folts for more information.
Skidmore Weekly Bulletin submission procedure and schedule
