INTERIOR STRUCTURS   :   After removing the cerebellum, the sheep brain can be cleanly cut into the two hemispheres. A midsaggital cut down the longitudinal fissure reveals medial structures. Additionally, one hemisphere may be cut into several coronal sections, revealing additional interior structures. Click on the appropriate coronal section or hemisphere to view a more detailed image.
