Planning Spring Events and Media Services Assistance
As you plan for spring semester events, please remember to reach out to Media Services when requesting technical assistance. Hybrid capabilities and virtual events add a layer of complexity that is best served by additional consultation, planning, and lead time. To help you determine what type of event to request (Zoom meeting, Zoom webinar, or livestreamed event), please refer to the Requesting Technical Support for Events website. Once you know what your needs are, please submit a request for media assistance through EMS, or contact us directly for a consultation. Contact Beth DuPont for more information.
