Energy Literacy Workshop
Join the Sustainability Office and the Capital Region Clean Energy Hub at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, in Ladd 206 for a workshop on saving money on your energy bill. Tuition benefit and tuition exchange program info session
Admissions, Financial Aid, and Human Resources will lead a workshop from 4–5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, in Emerson Auditorium. The session will cover admission and financial aid requirements and provide an overview of tuition benefits for eligible employees, including the Tuition Exchange Program.
Host an international student for Thanksgiving
Most international students remain on campus during the holiday and would love to share a meal with your family. Rides are appreciated but not required. Fill out the host family survey or email Chloe Jaleel with questions.
“Loose Contour” exhibition at the Schick
“Loose Contour,” paintings by Miranda Holmes, opens Tuesday, Nov. 18, with a reception and talk from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Schick Gallery. The exhibition explores identity and intimacy through abstraction and figuration. As the Art Department’s 2025 Work+Space resident, Holmes will conduct workshops and meet with art students during her stay.
Pride Alliance Drag Show
Pride Alliance will host its Fall 2025 Drag Show on Friday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m. in the Spa. Performers include Starling Silver, Lady SeanZia, and Lexxi Pro, along with Skidmore dance groups. Food will be provided.
EMS to open for spring semester

Skidmore Theater presents “As You Like It”
“As You Like It” by William Shakespeare, directed by Dennis Schebetta, will play Nov. 21-23 and Dec. 4-6. “All the world’s a stage” in this romantic comedy set in the early 1900s in the Adirondacks.
Skidmore Theater meet-and-greet, “Twelfth Night” screening
Skidmore Theater will host a screening of The Public Theater's “Twelfth Night,” which premieres on PBS on Nov. 14, and a meet-and-greet with cast member Julian Tushabe ’22 at 8:30 p.m. Friday Nov. 14, in Wyckoff Center.
Dance Department Winter Concert
This year's performance includes a premiere by guest artist Moscelyne ParkeHarrison and new works by Erika Pujic, Chia-Ying Kao, and Andre Malo Robles. Performances will take place in the Dance Theatre at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 21, and at both 2 and 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 22.
Call for spring course materials

Toys for Toga at the Skidmore Shop
Donate a new, unwrapped toy at the Skidmore Shop between Nov. 3 and Dec. 13 to support Toys for Toga and local children in need. All donations benefit area community organizations.
Skidmore Weekly Bulletin submission procedure
Help reduce bulk emails by posting your announcement in Skidmore Weekly Bulletin, which is distributed to all students and employees. Submit announcements and events; lectures, panels, and other academic events; and faculty-staff achievements by completing the appropriate online form. The deadline for all submissions is noon on Monday.
