Alumni Affairs

In February Jillian Mariani married Christopher Rettig in Natick, MA. Rebecca Masferrer Lally, Jillian’s sophomore- and senior-year roommate, was a bridesmaid. Skiddies in attendance were Brian Ringelheim, Debrina Washington, Tessa Kolff, Bruce Kocher, Brian Stevens, Jess Stormont, Matt Marshall, Steve Dyer, Scott Diamond ’99, and Sara Rutner ’99. The newlyweds live in Waltham, where Jillian teaches high-school history at Burlington High School. Her husband teaches in Cambridge public schools.

Robin Adams married Julie Gedalecia ’97 at the Batcheller Mansion in Saratoga on July 7. Attending the small ceremony and reception were Kim Hoffman Kauffman ’97, Jon Kauffman ’96,
Ruth Yutiamco Baxter ’97, Rob Baxter ’98, Dan Haar, Lena Ghaleb, Christina Campagna ’05, and dance faculty member Debra Fernandez. Robin is assistant director of leadership activities at Skidmore. Julie is co-owner and artistic director of the Saratoga City Ballet and teaches in the Skidmore dance department. They spent their honeymoon in Argentina.
