Africa Embodied is the culminating project of Lisa Aronson's African Body Arts Seminar AH375F taught in the Fall of 2001 at Skidmore College. The exhibition was held in the College's Tang Teaching Musuem & Art Gallery from November 29th to December 14th, 2001.

Each of the students in the course researched and wrote the accompanying texts for a selected work of art. As a whole, we curated, conceptualized and set up the exhibition. We then created this website, so that it may continue to be viewed.
