Director

Patricia Bosen, MSN, FNP-C
Patty is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Director of Health Services. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nursing Credentialing Center and holds a Masters Degree from SUNY Utica/Rome. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau (an International Nursing Honor Society), Nurse Practitioner Association of NY State and both the American and New York State College Health Associations. Patty enjoys interacting with students both within the setting of Health Services and in outreach opportunities on campus.

Carla Suna, MSN, FNP
Carla is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a BS in nursing from the University of Rochester and received her MS from SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the New York State Association for Nurse Practitioners, and the New York State College Health Association. While certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, her specific areas of interest are gynecological care, health promotion, and STI prevention.

Val Schultz, MSN, FNP-C
Val is a Family Nurse Practitioner working full time for Skidmore College Health Services. She received her BSN from Wagner College, her MSN from Pace University, and her FNP degree from Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY. Val has enjoyed working in maternal/child health care over the years and every summer works at a camp in New Hampshire. When not at work, she loves spending time with family and friends, yoga, kayaking, and taking long walks.

Al Jagoda, MD
Dr. Jagoda works part-time in Health Services and full-time in Saratoga Hospital's Emergency Room, he also works at Gore Mountain on the ski patrol. Al's hobbies include running, skiing, biking, and many more outside activities.

Dianne Burger, LPN
Dianne is an LPN with Health Services, assisting with both administrative and clinical functions. She received her degree from Mary McClellan Hospital School of Nursing.

Kim Montelone
Kim is a Family Nurse Practitioner who works part time in health services.  She obtained her Masters in Nursing from Sage Graduate School.  She also holds a B.A. in Biology from SUNY Geneseo and a B.S.N. in Nursing from The Sage Colleges.  During the summer Kim volunteers with Double H Hole in the Woods, a camp for children with life threatening diseases.  In her spare time she also enjoys running, baking, and various outdoor activities with her family; which includes her husband, two small children, and their dog Kenzie.

Kathy Sikora, RN
Kathy is a part-time Registered Nurse in Health Services. Her work interests include employee outreach and interacting with college-aged students. She has worked at Skidmore for over 19 years. Kathy's interests outside of work include travel, knitting, and rowing.

Barbara Bowman, RN
Barb works per diem in Health Services and prior to working here, she worked at SUNY Albany Health Center for 20 years. She really enjoys interacting with students and keeping current in her profession. In her spare time, Barb likes to travel and spend time with her grandchildren.

Martha Smith, RN
Marty is a part-time Registered Nurse with Skidmore College Health Services.

Joanne Nangeroni, Registered Dietitian
Joanne joined our team in 2008. She is a member of the National Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and is certified as a clinical nutritionist. She received her BS in Foods & Nutrition from Plattsburgh State University and also holds an MS degree in Teaching. Her career experiences are diverse. Her concentration has been in providing medical nutrition therapy to all age groups, but especially loves working in a college setting interacting and helping students. 

Joanne grew up in the Adirondacks which explains her love of the outdoors. She's lived with her family in Saratoga Springs for over 20 years. She enjoys spending time with her 2 sons and Lily, her little Maltese ShihTzu. Whenever she gets a chance, she likes hiking, skiing, biking, and kayaking.
