Special Projects!

*Camp Comfort: A free, weekend sleep-away camp for children and teens ages 6-17 years who have experienced the death or serious illness of a parent or close relative.  Weekend Camps are in September and June.

*Make a Difference Day (MADD): Skidmore students participate in this national day of service by completing projects at agencies in the Saratoga area.

*MADD Saturdays: Three Saturdays a month one time volunteer opportunities are planned.  Activities range from walking dogs at the local animal shelter to helping run Special Olympics competitions. 

*Kids Fair:  Kids fair is an on campus children’s fair for ages 3-12.  The event takes place each year in late April or early May.

*Project Linus: Through Project Linus Skidmore students and faculty decorate squares and sew quilts for terminally ill children.  

*Octoberfest 5K: The Octoberfest 5K run is a fundraiser for the Saratoga Economic Opportunities Coalition.
