MARTY

  • Always ride over spinning if riding is possible.
  • Wear 1 chest layer for every 10 degrees under 70 degrees
  • Sleep well (8 hours) per night while training. 
  • If you don't feel well or feel over-trained take a day off.
  • Never train while sick.
  • Eat a full breakfast before a ride.
  • Eat during your ride, and after your ride.
  • Eat lightly before each spin.
    (example: one banana/ granola bar, glass of water/Gatorade)
  • Drink at least one full bottle of fluid after spin
