This is a great opportunity for Skidmore as he focuses on a mind-body approach to eating
A 5k run in conjunction with the Running club on Sunday, April 29th
The race will start promptly at 10 am. Registration begins at 8:30 and runs until 9:30
A suggested donation of $5 for the American Diabetes Association.
Awards will be given after!
Food Tasting Challenge in the dining hall on Tuesday, April 10th
from 11:30AM-2:00 PM and again from 5:30PM-7:30PM.
This challenge involves trying different variations of yogurt and veggie-themed snacks. Pamphlets will be available for distribution at the site
explaining healthy alternatives to popular foods in the dhall, such as sodas and desserts, as well as some creative tips for salad making and
general healthy eating.
