New on board

     Skidmore’s board of trustees welcomes three new members:

     Dale Conron Ahearn ’75. A school nurse in Danbury, Conn., she was an energetic Skidmore alumni-club president for several years and is a fundraising leader for Skidmore. The daughter and niece of Skidmore graduates, she is also the mother of Matthew ’02.

     Peter Wan ’95. Currently vice president for equity trading at Arbitrage LP/Aufhauser Securities, he was a Filene Scholar who double-majored in music and biology. He has helped lead the New York City club and served as class agent; he received the Porter Award for Young Alumni Volunteerism in 2000.

     Linda Glazer Toohey. Vice president of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, and former publisher of the Saratogian newspaper, she has been a key volunteer and fundraiser for many community and Skidmore causes. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Iowa.
