With input from the campus community, committees, and others, President Jamienne S. Studley and the Institutional Planning Committee are fine-tuning the first draft of a comprehensive strategic plan for Skidmore’s future. Three general emphases, which arose during the far-ranging idea-gathering process of the past year, form the basis of the plan:
- enriching the learning experience
- enhancing the community experience
- ensuring the college’s independence and financial equilibrium
This winter Studley and IPC will further hone the plan and then present it to the board of trustees for formal adoption.
