In April she visited with Marge West Bahlke and had lunch with Sue Lutz Dean and Bernie vonLenz Lochridge. Tibby VanNess Reid sent in a newspaper column on grandparenting, authored by Dee Dion Hardie and husband Tom. The Hardies, who live in Maryland, closed the column with a request for questions, suggestions, and “Grand Remarks of the Week,” which they reply to. The couple’s eldest grandchild, Albert, graduated from Syracuse University in May. Suzy Menzel Snyder and husband Bryan enjoyed a second honeymoon trip to the South Pacific and Australia last winter. On the three-week cruise they sailed by Noumea, France, where Bryan was stationed in WWII. Suzy cherishes her memories of our 55th reunion.
