Lynn Johnson Camacho has been teaching for 25 years in Montgomery County, MD—most recently in a fifth-grade classroom. Life is busy with work; her husband of 16 years, Francisco; and their three children, ages 12, 13, and 15. She welcomes hearing from Skidmore friends at camachofamily@aol.com.
Christine Burton Glickman and husband Jon helped their daughter celebrate her 21st birthday in NYC with family and friends. This summer Christine had dinner with fellow Manhattan resident Howard Kriteman who, she reports, “is wonderful, hasn’t changed a bit, and has a fabulous job.” Howard is a merchandise manager for Anthropologie Direct, an upscale trendy women’s apparel and home décor retail subsidiary of Urban Outfitters.
Connecticut resident Linda Dufford Jewett and her family enjoyed a weekend in Saratoga
last fall.
Lisa Kott Massirman’s daughter Jordan is 8, and son Drew is 7. The Massirman clan is a traveling one—so far this year they have been to Massachusetts, California, Alaska, France, and Israel. In September they moved into a new lakeside home in Miami, FL.
After living in the mountains west of Boulder, CO, for 20 years, Kim Greene and family are now “flatlanders,” living in the prairie east of town. Kim, who teaches middle-school science and health, received national teaching certification in early-adolescence science this fall. This peer-reviewed credential, based on content knowledge and a teaching portfolio, says Kim, “is the best professional development I have ever done.” She urges Skidmore friends to come visit and go skiing or hiking.
