After defending her dissertation on principal leadership of parent involvement in urban high-poverty elementary schools, Cara Goldberg Christensen graduated with a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of North Florida in April. She is excited to be able to spend more time with husband Rodney and their three children, ages 9, 7, and 4. An adjunct professor for the past 10 years, Bonnie returned to teaching public school full-time this summer.

Bonnie Glass Hausman and husband Michael welcomed daughter Sydney Paige on March 13. Her brothers Zachary, 5, and Justin, 3, are already smitten. She looks to be a redhead too. The family recently moved from NYC to Syosset, NY. Bonnie welcomes hearing from Skidmore friends.

Elizabeth Hersh Kleinlehrer moved to Sydney, Australia, with husband Robert, an Australian citizen, and their son Noah, 1, last year. She is taking a break from congregational life as a rabbi and teaching a little in the community. She loves being at home with Noah.

Artist Josh Dorman exhibited his new map works at two group shows, held at the Lohin Geduld Gallery and the Painting Center in NYC, this summer (see “People & Projects”).
