Judith Stahr Stembel volunteers at the Washington Opera and holds the distinction of being the longest continuing docent at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. She also is production
editor for the volunteer newsletter at Hillwood Museum and Gardens, where she is
a docent and visitor services volunteer. Home and garden and a beautiful Maine coon cat take care of the rest
of her time. “It’s a good life,” she observes.
Ann Cohn Kramer and husband are longtime residents of Lexington, MA. When their daughter went off to college in 1980, Ann fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming an RN; she practiced psychiatric nursing until her retirement.
In spite of rotator-cuff surgery and a broken ankle, Marlene Scher continues working in film, TV, and voice-overs. (She hurt her shoulder during the filming of War of the Worlds.) Bambi most recently completed a national commercial on Medicare drug plans. Her seven grandchildren are
all great. Son David is a cardiologist in Pennsylvania, and daughter Pamela is VP and national sales manager for Xerox.
