Charlotte Roubey

I heard from Mary Heber Mathews, who wonders if she would be accepted at Skidmore today.
Nettie Meads Hoyt is living in Vero Beach, FL. She sees Diz White Gilmour once in a while. She also keeps up with Kay Shilling Lyall; they travel together and went to the Galápagos Islands last September with Kay’s son and daughter-in-law.

Barbara Smith Mettler has moved to a retirement community run by Quakers in Gwynedd, PA. She is now nearer her children and feels it’s the right place for her.

I love it here at the Cedars. I play mah-jongg, golf, and croquet and line dance weekly. It feels like being in school—a kind of finishing school!
