Phyllis Harder Reininger had a hip replacement in April and has recuperated nicely. One of her grandkids sells real estate in Tucson, AZ, another is in college in Texas, and a third is a junior at the University of Colorado.

Dottie Cole Singer’s grandson was invited to participate in a two-week study in Borneo to investigate the effect of technology on its people. He attends Hamilton College.

Audrey Platt Jacobson and husband Jerry celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary this year.

I attended my granddaughter’s graduation in California last June. She is the daughter of my youngest child, Penny, and received a degree in history. Penny and I later took Elderhostel trips to Carmel Valley and Lake Arrowhead, CA.
