Kathleen Rogan, through the Johnson City Area Arts Council in Tennessee, is teaching acting and puppetry to at-risk, homeless, or underserved children in community centers and schools. Her work has been so successful that Congressman David Davis, as well as the state arts commissioners, have visited and observed her classes. Also, she has been teaching elementary art at Tri-Cities Christian School for the past three years. Kathleen (katr@worldnet.att.net) tries to spend sum­mers in NYC and would enjoy getting together with and seeing the work of other theater grads when she’s in town.

Last February Jennifer Gross passed the national licensure examination for registered nurses. Now an RN, she is more than halfway through a nurse-practitioner program.

In July 2007, Sue Kappler married Eric Dalka. Joining the celebration were Gina Becker, Ali Loffredio, and Jenny Detterman. The couple lives in Avon, CT; Sue teaches second grade in Thomaston.

Markland Walker received a master’s in teaching from Fordham University. For two years he has been teaching at the Frederick Douglass Academy in Harlem as a part of the New York City Teaching Fellows program.

Laura Stiebitz is marketing manager for the Pennsylvania Ballet in Philadelphia, where she lives with fiancé Brandon Shrom.

Jonathan Nardozzi and Camila Lertora were married in June 2007. They live in Syracuse, NY, with a fat cat named Toby. In December, Camila completed her master’s in higher education administration at Syracuse University, where she works in the office of judicial affairs. Jon is in his fifth year of PhD work in biochemistry at SUNY-Upstate Medical University. They are both enjoying life in Syracuse, but can’t wait to move somewhere a little warmer when Jon is done with school.

Blaire Siefken lives in Liberty, ME, with her two cats, 11 chickens, and an army of field mice. A community-health coordinator for migrant farm workers, she is pursuing a combined master’s in nursing and public health.

Virginia Berry (yazberry.fashion@ gmail.­com) has relocated to Watertown, MA,to be closer to her workplace—College Coach, a college consultancy company. She’s kept busy outside of her daily 9 to 5 routine with the launch of her business, YazBerry. She designs and constructs home goods, clothing, and accessories for women and men, and also resells vintage wear (www.yazberry.com). Virginia was selected to be an Episcopal Church delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women for the second consecutive year. On occasion she continues to play cello in recording gigs.

Rachelle Louis received an MBA from St. John’s University, with a concentration in taxation. She is pursuing a career with the IRS and will take the exam to become an enrolled agent. In the meantime she is a branch manager for Citizens Bank.

Oliver Eaton has started his second year at Lehigh University, where he is pursuing an MA in history. He spent his summer in Concord, NH, as assistant director of the St. Paul’s School of Advanced Studies, a summer program to give talented youth from New Hampshire public schools the chance to take college-level courses.
