Rita Smart Mayo lives in Laconia, NH, near most of her family. She has five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren who keep her very busy. Husband George is the brother of the late Kitty Mayo Sanborn.

Dottie Purcell Tashjian lives in Richmond, VA. She has a granddaughter who lives in Modesto, CA. Her two new knees keep her going strong alongside husband Nick.

Long Island resident Jeanne Liota Bilello helps an elderly neighbor with daily chores and stays busy with seven grandchildren who live nearby. One of them is a seven-year-old from China, who is “just adorable.” Jeanne has an arthritic hip, but I consoled her with the fact that we all have pain somewhere or another!

Sarah Sutton Mead sends greetings to the class and says our “cups run over, thanks to the awesome foundation we received from Skidmore.”

I have been helping my fiancé, Mike, move here from his home in Ventura, CA. It’s nice to have a loving man in my life again after many years of being single. Mike and I took a short trip to Arizona last spring and visited Virginia Miller Lyon at her lovely home south of Tucson in Green Valley. She is doing a fabulous job as a class fundraising volunteer.
