After losing her husband five years ago, Dina Gluckin Tranen was married in March 2008 to a wonderful man, who was a widower. Her daughter, Lara, was married in September.

JoAnne Myers is the new chair of the board for the Eleanor Roosevelt Center at Val-Kill. She is a professor of political science and co-director of the women’s studies program at Marist College, where she also coordinates the college’s annual Women and Society Conference.
