Charlotte Kelsea Whipple has a new address: HBI Box 17, Onchiota, NY 12989, c/o Mary Margaret Fredenburg. After two hospitalizations and a pacemaker, Charlotte felt well enough to fly to Florida with her granddaughter on Dec. 31, 1999. She says the flight was pleasant, the plane well filled, and nobody seemed worried about Y2K.

Mae Huntley Eagleson expects to see more of her two daughters now that they have retired.

I spoke to Jean Sherman Brokaw and we reminisced about the dormitories we lived in at Skidmore. My sophomore room was in Scribner, across from the trunk room. Helen Noyes Marvin and I were best friends until she went to the Home Ec House, but after years of going in different directions, we had a joyous reunion when we came to live in Denver.

Mary Holden Poyntz’s telephone is not listed anywhere in the San Diego area. Does anyone know the addresses of her two daughters?

One of my friends here and her husband were close friends of Peg Slade Bellows, in Oneonta and Cooperstown, and even shared a house at one time. She informed me that Peg had passed on in San Diego, where she had lived for some time. No relatives are known.
