Suited up
Even in the days before women competed in intercollegiate athletics, Skidmore always had thriving and popular sports programsincluding, evidently, lacrosse. For these players in 1956, college uniforms werent necessary; gym suits were all they needed, perhaps with colored pinafores added to distinguish the sides in a scrimmage.
