Deborah BozBeckian Raptopoulos started a new business called the Group Center in Brookline, MA, running conversation groups on a number of life topics (see www.thegroupcenter.com). In Boston she regularly meets up with Barbara Tsairis, who lives in Portsmouth, NH; Sandy Lipson, a VP at Fidelity Investments; and Lee Lustberg, who owns a catering firm. She also visits Karolynn Siegel and Jane Chirillo Drexler in NYC; Deborah is godmother to both women’s sons. Daughters Vanessa ’00 and Elena live together in NYC, while Lilah attends high school.

Nicole Visconsi Mawby continues to compete as an amateur ballroom dancer. She is starting a business selling her lamp-worked glass beads and jewelry.

Virginia Norris Exton recently attended a weekend mini-reunion in Los Angeles with six alumni from ’70 and ’71—all former dormmates who hadn’t seen each other for more than 30 years. Hollis Harman hosted travelers from Vermont, New York City, and Utah.

Marketing consultant Janet Lee Beach still enjoys her work. Husband Ralph is a professor at Duke University’s business school. Their son is a high-school senior, applying to colleges.

We extend condolences to Susan Canfield Barber, whose mother, Lee, died in July. Lee worked at Skidmore for many years as phys-ed secretary and for the dean of studies.
