Physician Michael Judd passed his medical boards in 2003. A fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, he (along with a nurse midwife) founded the Chesapeake Women’s Health Practice. He lives in Easton, MD, with wife Jill and children Tyler, 5, and Lily, 3.
Alicia Lightfoot Campbell and husband Christopher announce the birth of daughter Aislin in March 2004. Aislin has already met many Skidmore grads including Alisa Feinstein, a research consultant in Norwalk, CT; Josh Raymond, an attorney in West Orange, NJ; Jessica Reynolds, a high-school physics teacher in Englewood, CO; Karen Holtz Swamy, a consultant with BellSouth in Atlanta, GA; Karen Lacy ’92, a teacher and dancer in NYC; and Julie Finigan Dal Forno ’94, a teacher in Rome, Italy.
Leah Young married Michael Rezza in April 2004. In attendance were Frazier Rugg Walker ’94, Kari McPhail Rodgers ’94, Jocelyn Schwartz Reiman ’94, Jeff Murphy ’94, Townsend Belisle, Kevin Goggin, Adam Talman, Holger Zwickau, and Jennifer Cleary.
Megan McLean McIntyre and husband John welcomed daughter Lillian last June. Her big brother Jackson loves her.
Nina Powers Johnson and husband Tom welcomed third child Margaret in July. She joins brothers Matthew and Alex and is making life “busier and a lot more pink!”
Lauren Craig Albrecht attended last October’s Cardinals-Dodgers playoff game in St. Louis, MO, with husband Michael and 18-month-old son Alexander in tow. Lauren and mother Martha Buck ’56 spent time with grandmother Jane Shepard ’34 at her Pacific Grove, CA, retirement community last year.
Allison Schneider Takaoka welcomed daughter Kailey in July. Allison continues to tutor mathematics in University Heights, OH.
In August Kristin Runge Young and husband Joel’s son William was born. The family lives in Lancaster, PA, where Kristin maintains a piano studio and accompanies faculty and students at Franklin & Marshall College.
Amy Burbank Kelaher has been living in Tuscon, AZ, for the past 11 years. She is a stay-at-home mom for Keegan, 4, and Erin, 2.
Sheri Dexler Tanner and husband Christopher welcomed daughter Emma in November. She joins brother Jacob, 3. The family lives in Portland, CT, where Sheri, a classroom teacher for 10 years, is an elementary-school library media specialist and Chris is a state trooper.
Ben Nagin was made a partner in the NYC office of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood. He practices complex litigation.
Tom Caruso directed a new, eight-character musical last summer, Mimi Le Duck. The production premiered in July at the Adirondack Theater Festival in Glens Falls, NY, and was performed at the New York International Fringe Festival in NYC in August.
Adam Throne completed a master’s of education through the NYC Teaching Fellows program. An English and film teacher at Sheepshead Bay High School, he is also an English instructor for a Brooklyn yeshiva, Torah Vodaath. Adam co-wrote, produced, and starred in his first major film project, Looking for Harrison. During a Halloween visit to Atlanta, GA, he spent time with Gary Boas, a writer in Arlington, MA.
Cecilia Vergara-Arguelles lives in southern California with husband Daniel and children Sophia, 5, and Gabe, 3. Cecilia works in human resources and international compensation for Mattel.
Seth Gordon ’89 and Amy Judelsohn Gordon moved to Fairfield, CT. Seth is still commuting to NYC, where he’s a marketing director with global responsibilities for Pfizer. Amy continues to grow her customized stationery business, Gathering Ideas. Harrison, 2, is really enjoying his new home—especially playing at the beach.
Rich McCoy, Tara Connor ’92, and son Rowan, 3, welcomed baby girl Amelia in December.
Manhattanite Keira Naughton is performing in The Rivals at Lincoln Center and still finds time to sing and write songs with her band, the Petersons (www.petersonic.com).
Robyn Bergman Buchsbaum and husband Jeffrey live in Memphis, TN, where Jeffrey is a physician at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Robyn stays at home with their two boys, Noah, 4, and Simon, 1.
Jennifer Kniffin Jones, husband Ted, and son Tyler visited NYC and took in the Big Apple Circus at Lincoln Center. They also enjoyed the presentation of The Jazz Nut created by choreographer Fran Kirmser and with performers Susannah Harris ’92 and Karen Lacy ’92.
NYC resident Julie Stone has been teaching in a public elementary school for the past nine years. Highlights of 2004 included her first skydiving experience and reaching the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Michael Wright and Jenny Goldstock Wright live in Katonah, NY, with their sons Bennett, 4, and Braden, 6 months. Michael works for Broadwing Communications, and Jenny runs the Chilton Foundation.
Juniper Berolzheimer bought a house in Jacksonville, FL, where she has a “fantastic” job as educational theater coordinator at Planned Parenthood of northeast Florida. She directs FACES (Facts for Adolescents about Choices, Education & Sexuality), which performs short, original plays for schools, churches, and community organizations.
My husband, Alex, and I enjoy the cultural diversity of Astoria, NY. I am wrapping up my first year working for the NYC Department of Education as a science cluster teacher.
