Claude Brodesser is still covering film for Variety, and last June he started a biweekly half-hour radio show about the entertainment business on National Public Radios KCRW 89.9 FM in Santa Monica, CA. The show, which he describes as a ton of fun, started out airing locally in Los Angeles. In March it began to air weekly and was recently picked up on the East Coast on NPR station WNYC 820 AM.
Becky Saravay Crespi is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner in a Harlem residential drug-treatment program, working with children whose parents are going through rehabilitation. Becky, husband Paul, and daughter Julianna enjoyed celebrating New Years Eve with Sherie Gillman Barge, husband Wally, and daughter Anna.
Sylvia Stoner is directing A Gilbert and Sullivan Christmas Carol for the Civic Opera of Kansas City, a new piece composed by Gayden Wren, head of the New York Gilbert and Sullivan Society. Sylvia will also be singing in Christmas in Song for Quality Hill Playhouse in Kansas City this year.
Lara Allen-Brett and husband Matthew welcomed son Benjamin in December; he joins sister, Izzy, 2.
Adam Englander started his 11th year at Bear Stearns & Co., where he is a senior managing director in institutional equities. Adam and fiancé Gretchen Burr met four years ago at a wine-tasting event hosted by his firm. Gretchen is a VP at Jennison Associates. Adam remains close friends with Benno Green, who also works at Bear Stearns. Adam reports that Benno and wife Allyson have a daughter named Ella.
Kevin Gannon and wife Regina welcomed daughter Sophie in January. After 10 years in NYC, the family now lives in Hoboken, NJ. Kevin is a marketing manager at Sports Illustrated.
