Betsie Rugg Stassen and husband Steve welcomed their first child, Peter, in 2004. Betsie left her position as associate director of admissions at Western New England College to be a stay-at-home mom while working for her family’s company, which publishes Rugg’s Recommendations on the Colleges.

Christopher Perry married Lourdes Chavez ’02 on November 26 in NYC. Lourdes is currently working for a renowned performing arts organization in Manhattan and working on her master’s in human resources management. After practicing as an attorney in Manhattan, Christopher is now executive director for a child welfare agency, providing private-school education to urban youth.

Peter McClennen, who earned a master’s in education from Loyola Marymount University, chairs the math department at St. Bernard High School in California. He is the father of girls Alanna, Christina, and Hannah.
