Richard Bamberger is an assignment manager at WCBS-TV News in New York. He and wife Kristin have two children: Madeleine, 3, and Ella, 5 months. They live in Westchester County. Anyone wanting to get in touch can e-mail Rich at rbamberger@cbs.com.

Mity Lenahan Fowler, husband Jef, twins Carson and Morgan, age 3, and son Jackson, 1, have moved to London. They live in Kensington and welcome correspondence from classmates at mityfowler@hotmail.com.

Sleepy Hollow, NY, residents Naomi Vladeck (naomi@vladeck.net) and husband Eric Putter welcomed their first child, Sophie, last March. Naomi, who was director of development and planning at Dance Theater Workshop, is now a life coach and trainer for arts managers as well as a mom. Naomi regularly schedules play dates with Sarah Finkelberg White and her 4-year-old daughter, and she visited Amy Lynn Fischer in Boston with Nell Thompson Blasdale. Closer to home, she sees Jim Kramer and wife Michelle Minnoff. She’s also visited with Elizabeth Margulies and Candace Douet Hurley, both of whom live in Brooklyn. Elizabeth won the Lee Tenenbaum Award for her work as family programs director at the Museum of Modern Art. Candy’s baby daughter met Naomi’s last summer.

Evan Olson rowed in his second Head of the Charles Regatta, with his boat placing in the top half of the Master 8s event. Many friends came to show their support, including Jon Singer, who also lives in Cambridge. Evan and wife Bitsy Dodge Olson are in their second year of running their own business: LaundroMutt, a self-service dog wash and spa. Evan reports, “We had a great first year. We have met so many great people, including many Skiddies and their dogs.” Check it out at LaundroMutt.com.

In August Laura Oppenheimer married Laurent Carlier of Brussels, Belgium, in her parent’s backyard in the San Francisco Bay area. Amy O’Leary and Jill Richardson O’Brien were guests. From 2003 to 2005 Laura was living and working in Kiev, Ukraine, managing a US State Department–funded Internet and computer education program. Responsible for operations in Ukraine, Moldova, and Belarus, she says, “I was present during the Orange Revolution that shook Kiev Streets—truly an amazing time in history.” Laura moved to Brussels last March.

Beth Rocchio Candow and her husband recently opened a family medicine practice, Yestermorrow Family Medicine (www.yestermorrowmd.com), in East Greenwich, RI. The name intentionally implies the personalized medicine of the past with modern technology. The couple has two boys, ages 3 and 6. Beth attended an inaugural event for the Skidmore club in Rhode Island last fall.

Pia Scala and Jimmy Zankel were married under the Brooklyn Bridge in September. The wedding was attended by Randall Bachner, Dave Goldberg ’91, Ben Lowry ’93, Lauren Gropp Lowry, Ellery Griscom, Andy Zlot, Anne Gudwin, and Alan Klein. Jimmy is a producer at Food Network, and Pia is pursuing a master’s in counseling at Hunter College.

Erika Sweetland Morris and husband David announce the arrival of second daughter Alexandra. Emma, 4, loves being a big sister. For eight years the family has lived in London, where Erika and David work in investment banking. They had dinner with Chip Schenck, who was visiting from NYC, and Erika keeps in touch with Tori Dukehart Eversmann, who moved to Sackets Harbor, NY, last summer with daughter Molly, 3, and husband Matt. Matt is in the military; the story of his service was included in the movie Black Hawk Down.

Erika Daneman Slater and Josh Slater ’93 welcomed baby Charlie to their family last spring; he joins Sam, 4.

Paige Pagnucco (paigeweed@hotmail.com) was “inspired to write” after reading about Mity Fowler’s twins Carson and Morgan, and new addition Jackson, in the fall Scope. Paige and husband Toby welcomed twins Lyti and Mary last June. Brother Liam, 5, is “ecstatic to have siblings so he can show them all his tricks,” says Paige. She finished an MBA last May, only to be put on strict bed rest until the twins were born. The family lives in Logan, UT, where Toby is the Forest Service’s avalanche forecaster for the region. “Beyond the rigors of our entropic daily life,” says Paige, she manages the affairs of a local nonprofit. She loves living in Logan, which has “excellent access to the backcountry, a fabulous mom-and-pop ski resort nearby, and plenty of warm, sunny days.”

Lauren Gropp Lowry and Benjamin Lowry ’93 announce the arrival of daughter Lila in December. They live in a new apartment in Brooklyn’s Park Slope and see Randall Bachner, Jimmy and Pia Scala Zankel, Elliott Warren, and Lisa Newlin regularly.

Lisa Newlin married Roman Galeano at her family’s farm in Pennsylvania on September 23. In attendance were Lauren Lowry, Randall Bachner, and Amanda Karrh.
