Christine Filbin Hoffman and husband Frank are enmeshed in the college-application process with son Nick. Chris is working on the Arbonne business opportunity and its product line.

Chris Wilsey Goodwin shared a three-day stay at Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA, with Claudia Canerdy Lee, Susan Gottleib Beckerman, and Georgia Jones Hennig in November. Georgia has been arranging group stays there and mentioned it at Reunion, so they decided to give it a try. Chris says the only stress was in trying to choose among all the offerings. She adds that she loves helping with three-month-old grandson, Shawn.

Nancy Nims Mullins says she is feeling great and has “gotten altogether too busy again with volunteer commitments and other activities such as golf and bridge.” Her husband, Mac, is busy with his medical practice, delivering babies and teaching in the residency program at his hospital. Son Andy loves working at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

Acclaimed director Liz LeCompte’s Wooster Group theater company premiered its version of Hamlet in Barcelona, Paris, and Amsterdam before opening in NYC at Manhattan’s Public Theater in October. She was featured in a recent New York Times, which cited cultural icons such as Susan Sontag and Mikhail Baryshnikov as among her most avid fans.

In December I received an e-mail from Marsha Sussman Connell announcing art classes in collage at her studio in Santa Rosa, CA. I am planning to attend. I recently attended a reception in San Francisco for applicants to Skidmore. As an alumni admissions contact, I interview several prospective students every fall. It is so exciting to meet applicants who are curious, motivated, and inspired.
