Claude Brodesser and wife Taffy welcomed their first child, “the stunningly handsome and intelligent Ezra Wolf,” on November 8. They are “totally collapsed with joy and exhaustion!” Claude is the Los Angeles bureau chief for Advertising Age and still hosts his radio program The Business, which airs on Santa Monica’s KCRW as well as NPR stations in New York; Washington, DC; Detroit; and other markets around the country.

Heather McClure married Tim Fowler in October 2007 in Sonoma County, CA. The couple lives in Santa Fe, NM. Heather was happy to have fellow classmates Suzanne Klein and Sylvia Stoner-Hawkins at the wedding. In Sacramento, CA, Mark Notash (marknotash@hotmail.com) is at the halfway point in his emergency-medicine residency at University of California-Davis, a busy ER with “a lot of penetrating and blunt trauma as well as a high level of medical complexity and acuity.” California’s weather and his proximity to Tahoe and San Francisco seem to be pretty tough on Mark: “When I am not outside being attacked by that miserable sunshine stuff, I have picked up a sweet drum set and like to shake the neighborhood up a little bit.” Mark stays in touch with Scott Jacoby ’93 regularly and had a great time visiting Brian Gordon in Boston while attending a trauma master’s class at Harvard.

Bones Rodriguez had a great year: “I was a married man for all of 2007 to a wonderful cutie-pie of a wife (she’s keeping me!),” he notes. He also started a new business (NoMoreSlavery.com), initiated a social change venture (TooProudForTheNword.com), and contributed to the well-
received business guide Guerilla Networking. His own book, Captain Kirk's Guide to Women, was published in February. You can visit him at BonesRodriguez.com.

Shannon Small Dunn and husband Jay welcomed son Samuel on December 28. A very big boy at almost 10 pounds, he may replace Tedy Bruschi in the coming years, says Jay. The whole family is doing well, and Samuel’s big sisters enjoy fighting over him!

Annie Varnot is a sculptor and museum preparator in NYC. You can view her work at annievarnot.com. She keeps in touch with Liz Leggett, art director and designer for Sothebys.
