Last November Leslie Francis Curialle enjoyed a surprise baby shower, which Andrea Davis Belmessieri attended. Leslie gave birth to her first child, Anthony, in December. Husband Frank has two grown sons and two grandsons. The family lives in Bethlehem, NJ.

Jonathan Perkin and wife Candice welcomed daughter Gabrielle last July. The family lives in NYC.

Susan Heegaard was named executive director of Minnesota Higher Education Services. She will serve as Governor Tim Pawlenty’s primary advisor on higher-education policies and issues. Former director of government affairs for the Minnesota Private College Council, Susan has served as Pawlenty’s senior policy advisor since 2003, working on health and education issues. She earned her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Jane Lipsky Villeneuve had a wonderful time exploring campus and Saratoga Springs with former roommate Bonnie Frisard Erickson last spring. Jane lives in Rockville, MD, with husband Bob and children Drew, 10, and Margaux, 8. She works part-time as an investigator in the securities industry. Bob works in the home office of Sunrise Senior Living in northern Virginia. Jane spends any free time enjoying family life, horseback riding, and gardening.

Steve Rosenbaum (steve.rosenbaum@cameraplanet.com) has spent the past six months immersed in politics. The executive producer of CameraPlanet Pictures, he recently completed a feature-length documentary on the 50th anniversary of Brown vs. Board of Education directed by Peter Gilbert (Hoop Dreams). With All Deliberate Speed was premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival this spring before being released nationwide. Steve and his team spent months traveling with presidential candidate John Kerry, filming the cable television series Staffers, which airs Tuesdays on the New York Times and Discovery channels. Last fall Steve teamed up with Jimmy Carter’s former head of communications, Jerry Rafshoon, and noted presidential historian Michael Beschloss to create the three-hour Discovery Channel mini-series Decisions that Shook the World, which focused on the presidencies of FDR, LBJ, and Ronald Reagan. Steve’s wife, Pam, is also a filmmaker who is producing a film on the world’s largest uncut diamond. Their son Max, 14, attends the Riverdale School, while Murray, 6, is starting Little League.
