Jane Dakin sees Ellie Sloss Schatz occasionally and also hears from Ginny Fowler Gurney, who lives in a retirement community in North Carolina.

In Williamsburg, VA, Lynn Allen Chamberlin has served as board president of her retirement community. She has two sons in Washington, DC, and a daughter in Massachusetts. She keeps up with her music and enjoys playing for vespers.

Doris Callaghan Gillingham has had colon cancer and related problems. Fortunately, she is in no pain and walks with a cane for short distances.

As for me, I am moving a little slower than I would like, but still play tennis and ski. My husband, Fran, is in good shape in spite of breaking five ribs in a ski collision last winter. We have 14 grandchildren and two great-grands.
