She is the director of professional services at Sheppard Pratt Health System, a private, not-for-profit behavioral health system. Dick is an attorney. The Magids’ three daughters (a public defender, an assistant district attorney, and an art director) are “gainfully employed (a parent’s dream),” reports Barbara. Dick and Barbara spend their free time sailing on the Chesapeake Bay on SkyMount, their 34-foot Pearson sailboat, and playing with their grandson, age 2. They are enjoying their empty nest but extend a warm welcome to Skidmore alumni who might be in the area. |
