In March Stephanie Friedman received the employee-of-the-year award at Lieberman Research Worldwide,
a marketing research consulting company. An assistant general manager, she was recognized for the “highest performance within the job and greatest impact on the corporation as a whole.”
Jennifer Jones is a full-time student at Auburn University, where she is working on a PhD in public administration and public policy with a minor in economic development. Jennifer hopes to finish her doctorate next year and work in Alabama or return to Maryland, where she was previously a teacher, school counselor, and trainer for the Montgomery County Public Schools in Gaithersburg. She has kept in touch with Kim Pohl, Beth Rocchio Candow, and Leslie Adam Siciliano.
Natalie Labouchere is living in Jamaica Plain, MA, with fiancé Michael and their dogs Myka and Hugo. She is lead teacher of a program at Brookline High School for students with Asperger’s syndrome. She keeps in touch with Jennifer Rossire and Shannon Kole and was looking forward to seeing classmates at Reunion.
Janet Reardon traveled to NYC in April for her 10-year reunion at Fordham University School of Law. While in New York she saw Lisa Galeano and Jill Richardson O’Brien. For five years Janet has been living in San Diego, where she is a senior human-resources generalist for an engineering services company. She loves the job and gets to travel frequently. When she works out of the Los Angeles office, she sometimes has the chance to visit with Stephanie Friedman.
Jill Richardson O’Brien and husband Tom O’Brien ’89 moved to Ridgewood, NJ, last September and are enjoying all that suburbia has to offer: yard work, home improvement projects, and just playing in the backyard with son Nate, 3. She and Tom see Jeff ’93 and Michelle Miller Anderson often.
Tim and Virginia Will Russell are living in Hong Kong—where Tim is the APAC customer services director for Pyramid Research—with daughter Katrina, 4, and son Timmy, 7 months. They invite anyone coming to China to look them up.
Sarah Finkelberg and Jordan White are thrilled to announce the birth of Tobias last April. He joins sister Julia in keeping their lives “joyfully chaotic.”
Suzie Frauenhofer is assistant general counsel at JPMorgan Chase in NYC, in the regulation compliance group. She had a great visit with Jon Brackis ’91 in Charlotte, NC, where he lives with his wife, Anne, and two kids. “Everything else is going very well,” notes Suzie.
Erik von Broock and his brother Gordon ’89 own a premium energy-drink company called Vim & Vigor (vandvenergy.com). The brothers, who bought a club in the Hamptons a few years after Erik graduated, noticed the popularity of energy drinks among patrons. Vim & Vigor began mass production in Worcester, MA, last year. The drink is distributed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and they plan to expand out west.
I am living in Brookline, MA, with my husband, Jon, and our daughter Grace, 2.
I recently started a new job working for Boston College’s marketing communications office.
