Julie Finigan-Dal Forno moved to Bangkok, Thailand, last July to accept a grade-2 teaching position at Concordian International School. She is delighted to work at a trilingual (Chinese, English, and Thai) school and have her sons learn so many languages. She was back in the States last summer and visited with Alisa Feinstein Raymond ’93, Alicia Lightfoot Campbell ’93, Aliki Samios ’93, Abby Charbaneau, and Amy Chick.
In March Kevin Gannon and wife Regina welcomed daughter Caitlin; sister Sophie, 2, is very excited. Kevin and family live in Hoboken, NJ.
Brian Gordon, a full-time stand-up comic for eight years who’s toured the country, says he’s realized that comedy can be a vehicle for some other calling—as it is for many other comics. In his case, the calling is working with the developmentally challenged, particularly the Asperger’s/
PDD population, something he has done for the past three years.
Holter Graham works with VisionIntoArt, which was in residence at the Whitney Museum of American Art in April, performing each Friday. Their opening-night performance featured a multimedia piece composed around text from the PhD thesis of wife Neela Vaswani ’96. Holter keeps in touch with Ian Belton.
Sean McKay and wife Erin have been doing well in West Roxbury, MA, where they have two children: Liam, 1, and Caroline, 3. After working at Ropes & Gray for nearly four years, Sean left to join a start-up boutique real-estate firm called Brennan, Dain, LeRay and Wiest. He and Erin “are very much looking forward to this new adventure.”
In December Mark Pateman and wife Carrie welcomed daughter Lucy—a happy, healthy, smiling baby who is “exhausting her proud parents.” In April the Patemans attended the wedding of Ted Horton to Alison Ho in Montgomery, AL.
Citabria Phillips is a ballroom dance teacher in the San Francisco Bay area, where she enjoys spreading the love of dance.
Wendy Prior Fentress lives in Locust Valley, NY, with husband Andrew and their kids, Charlotte and Jack. She is hosting segments for www.lx.tv and WNBC. Wendy keeps in touch with Brooke Gaffney Redmond; Brooke and husband Patrick have a 1-year-old son, Ben. For the past two years Brooke ran a start-up nonprofit for farm-based education programs while the Redmonds were living in Hanover, NH, and Patrick was in graduate school. She recently saw Lloyd Falconer Burdette in Washington, DC. Lloyd is a professional sales rep for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. Brooke also reports that Margaret Langford Sweet ’93 gave birth to son Graham, who joins brother Hugo.
In 2004 Angela Sanchez Lenzi married Frank Lenzi. Cary Rusnak McMahon, Chris Corbitt Bocchiaro, Lara Allen-Brett, and Tory Nersasian attended the festivities. The Lenzis live in Summit, NJ, where Angela is a territorial underwriter for Fireman’s Fund Insurance, and Frank is a claims adjustor. The couple welcomed baby Natalie in February; “she’s the love of our lives and keeps us very busy!” according to Angela.
Becky Saravay Crespi, husband Paul, and Julianna, 4, welcomed newcomer Jemma in March.
Warren Schwartz and wife Julie Wolter recently started a private psychology practice in Nashua, NH, which provides psychological services to individuals of all ages and levels of disturbance. To learn more, go to centerforselfdevelopment.com.
Katy O’Brien Bracciante and husband John welcomed daughter Ava in January.
In March Beth Trager Kotran and husband Michael welcomed son Jake. Beth is VP and assistant general counsel for Cadbury Adams USA (makers of Trident, Stride, and Dentyne gums) in Parsippany, NJ. “I’ve become the favorite aunt in the family since I always have gum and candy for the kids!” says Beth. She keeps in touch with Meg Newman Bitton.
In New York Matthew Goodrich is a designer for the David Rockwell Group. He has worked on exhibition and interior design for Swarovski, Absolute Vodka, and Target. He is currently working on set design for a Broadway musical version of Legally Blonde. Coincidentally, his office is right next to that of Jessica Lotner ’99.
Josh Dorman recently held a solo show at George Billis Gallery in Los Angeles and exhibited some large works in an alumni show at Skidmore’s Schick Gallery this spring (see page 19).
Michelle Sinclair Colman’s preschooler book Beach Babies Wear Shades, the third in a series from Tricycle Press (an imprint of Ten Speed Press), was published this year. Her other two board books are Urban Babies Wear Black and Country Babies Wear Plaid. Next up: Winter Babies Wear Layers.
