Record-book pioneer

Back in spring 2000, Scope published a list of basketball players who’d scored 1,000 or more points in their Skidmore careers. It’s a short list, beginning with grads from the mid-1980s—before then, Thoroughbred statistics files are pretty sketchy. But archival research recently proved that Vicary Graham ’82 should have been included in the list—in fact, she’s evidently the first Skidmore grad ever to have reached the 1,000-point mark.
Apologies for the belated recognition, and a big round of applause for Skidmore’s charter member of the 1,000-point club.
