Linda Sullivan and Philip Jennings were married in August 2003 in Tarrytown, NY. Bridesmaids included Veronica Catano and Andrea Perkins ’00. Joshua Pierce ’00 was best man; Joseph Bilotta ’00 and Rami Hamzi were ushers. Guests included Nora Geraghty and Dan Kahn, Tom Hildebrand ’00, Brian Geller ’00, Meghan McGurk ’00, and Adam Kirkman ’99.

Anni Bruno appeared in the lead role of Adu in the musical Worlds Away, staged at the Producers Club II Theater in NYC this past summer. The Washington Post hailed the musical as “an ethereal operatic myth.”

After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2003, Daria Moy went to work as a copy editor and junior researcher at a boutique IT research firm in NYC. Last summer, she left to pursue a two-year program in publishing in London.
“It was another ordinary day of insurgent attacks and Baghdad bang-bang,” reports CNN staffer Cal Perry, “when in through the Palestine office doors came a slightly familiar looking blond, CNN freelancer Arwa Damon ’99, slightly mussed from the trip in from Amman, Jordan.” After some speculation about whether they had ever worked together (later swearing it was not a pickup line), Cal asked Arwa where she went to college, to which she replied, “Oh, a small liberal arts college in Upstate New York called Skidmore—you ever heard of it?” Cal exclaimed, “That’s where I know you from—Gaffney’s!”

Josh Mishell spent 19 months “mostly telemark skiing and fly fishing” in Vail, CO, where he was designing ads for the Vail Daily. He recently relocated to Denver to take a position as creative director at Tinaglia Advertising, whose clients include large companies such as the US Tennis Association and IMG. The only downside, he notes, is less opportunity to ski.

In New York Liz De La Rosa is a residence hall director and coordinator of staff development and training at Cazenovia College. She is also pursuing a master’s degree in higher and postsecondary education at Syracuse University.

Anna Piperato completed a master’s in Italian studies at the University of Manchester in England, where she is pursuing a PhD program in Italian art history, using feminist approaches to interpret images of medieval female saints. Her work has been fully funded by scholarships from the university, the Overseas Research Scholarship, and the North American Foundation at University of Manchester.

Brian Culkin is president and Adam Husband is VP of United Mortgage Group, Inc., a residential and commerical mortgage brokerage they started last year. They have more than 20 employees in their downtown Boston office.
