David Pecchia is assistant director of development and alumni affairs at Millbrook School, where he also coaches the boys’ varsity ice-hockey team. He lives with two other Millbrook faculty members—including Nic Newcomb, who teaches ceramics.
Hannah Liverant and Josh Close were married under a “brilliantly blue sky” in her hometown of Colchester, CT, on July 3. Jerett Yelton, Tom Brewer, and Rachel Close ’03 were ceremony attendants, and best man Brennan Smith delivered a memorable speech. Many beloved Skidmore friends and family were also on hand, including Sarah Edwards, Becca Flitter, Heidi Black, and Kaja Kilborn ’01. After a honeymoon in France, Hannah accepted a position teaching art at the Wareham (MA) Middle School. Josh is a medicinal chemist on a cancer project at Merck in Brookline.
Elizabeth Johnson studies conservation biology at the University of Minnesota.
Mariel Cedeno is a first-year graduate student in the Africana master’s program at the University at Albany and a graduate assistant for the multicultural affairs office at Siena College.
Justin Graeber is a staff writer for the weekly newspapers the Hanson Express and the Whitman Express in Hanover, MA.
