Tal Ranen is a research associate at the American Jewish Committee in NYC, where he will focus on reporting on terrorist organizations as well as counter-terrorism measures.

After taking a volunteerism course at Skidmore, Colleen Barber discovered that she loves working with senior citizens. She reconsidered her plans to become a high-school guidance counselor and now works in the field of gerontology.

Darren Herman hooked up with Chris Barba, Doug Passineau, and several other NYC alumni at a party recently. In September Darren was guest lecturer in professor Lepkowska-White’s marketing class at Skidmore.

Jorie Pollak is a New York State coordinator for the Climate Campaign and an energy intern for Environmental Advocates New York. She is involved in gathering the signatures of young voters (18–25) on the Declaration of Independence from Dirty Energy.

After moving to Chicago, Benjamin Lasser found a position with the Bailiwick Arts Center, assisting director David Zak on the musical Animal Farm. He also works in the box office and for an Internet firm in downtown Chicago. Later this year Benjamin will be directing his own work, Without Words, in the upcoming Bailiwick Directors Fest.

Jennifer Newell lives in Rochester, NY, with Amy Griffiths. Jennifer is pursuing a PhD in biochemistry at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She welcomes hearing from classmates at jennifer_newell@urmc.rochester.edu.

Debra Fisher is working in the managing editorial department at Simon & Schuster in NYC. She lives in Queens.

Camila Lertora lives in Syracuse, NY, with Jon Nardozzi and works for Girl’s Inc., a mentoring program for underprivileged girls ages 5–12.

Lindsay Landmesser is a scuba instructor in Key Largo, FL.

Adam Arsenault facilitates group therapy for children with disorders on the autism spectrum in Connecticut.

Pritha Mani is pursuing a master’s in science in psychoanalytic developmental psychology at the Anna Freud Centre in London, and reports “I’m having fun with my awesome flatmates and enjoying the city.”

Chris Ryan and Monet Cruz are living together on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Chris works for a hedge fund called Narragansett Asset Management, and Monet works for Shiseido Cosmetics.

Beth Landauer is studying environmental education at the University of New Hampshire. She is having a great time living Durham, where she sees Nora Sumner-Kopf, Lindsey Schubart, Suzanne Murphy, Jessie Zubatkin, Yoon Hee Choe, Amanda Getty, and Lisa Brackett.

Jenna Spackman is a teacher’s assistant in an inclusion classroom at Burr Elementary School in Newton, MA, and coaches field hockey at Newton North High School.

Prianka Srinivasan is pursuing a master’s in public policy and administration at the London School of Economics. She loves the campus as well as the “fast-paced and eclectic” city.
