I have completed my annual trek to Florida, where I will be until May 1. Please send news and reports to me there.

Miriam Dyer Dunning and husband Bob enjoyed a wonderful trip to France, sampling “beautiful scenery and excellent wine.”

We extend condolences to Richard Bentzen, husband of Elsa Loes Bentzen, who died in July. Elsa lived in Salisbury House freshman year and North Hall junior year, sharing a room with Jacqueline Post. These gals were always organized, smiling, and beautifully dressed—in contrast with most of us who were living in blue jeans and loose shirts, rushing to catch up.

We also mourn the passing of Careth Anderson Marsland, whose death was noted in the last issue. She lived in Greenfield Center (near Saratoga Springs) during our college years and generously hosted many Skidmore gatherings in her lovely home.
