As a special 50th wedding anniversary celebration, Sue Davis Tull and Bill cruised the Mississippi between Memphis and New Orleans for a hot August week with the entire family.

Last January Lydia Pardo McMinn became a great-grandmother to Matthew, who lives in nearby Clinton, CT. Lydia recently enjoyed a visit with friends to Niagara Falls, noting great changes there since her first visit 30 years ago.

Lilli Brunner Kalmenson traveled east to Nashville, TN, to greet her newest granddaughter, born in October. Her other grandchildren, ages 13 and 9, live closer to her home in Los Angeles.

Marcie Clausen Gray is still raving about her spring trip to China, where she started each day with tai chi and learned to play mah-jongg, make dumplings, and speak a few words of Chinese. Marcie promises a warm Atlanta welcome to any snowbird flying by her home on the way south.
A visit to Skidmore by Edith Barbour Lauver and husband Bob coincided with June reunion week. She reports disappointment at being unable to find the “Nursing Pioneers in Science” installation in Dana Science Center.

Bruce and I celebrated our 50th anniversary in August with a dinner party with three children and seven grandchildren. In October I caught up with Joanne Schmidt Madden; we shared family tales and fond memories of our last get-together (our wonderful 50th reunion). Jo recently welcomed her 11th grandchild.

Carol Leeke Robinson married Glenn Kaijola on August 6 in New Bern, NC. The couple has moved into a new residence there, and Carol says they are “looking forward to lots of healthy, happy, golden years.”
