Sam Stone was best man at the August wedding of Nic Berkun to Marsha Woods in Connecticut. Sam enjoyed reading Desert Gothic, a story by Don Waters ’98 and winner of the Iowa Short Fiction Award.

Alicia Gottfried Serebin and husband Ben proudly announce the birth of first child Jadyn on September 25.

Amanda Caroline Bleich lives in Hollywood, CA, where she is an online advertising sales executive. She spends a great deal of time traveling to San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, and her hometown of NYC. Amanda is in constant communication with former roommate Thalia Anderen, with whom she dined during a recent visit to NYC.

Luis Raul Alicea is a media specialist at Teachers College of Columbia University. This fall he began teaching seventh-grade science at Hyde Leadership Charter School in the Bronx, NY, where he also serves as science-curriculum specialist for grades six and seven. He attended the Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science conference in Kansas City, MO, this past fall. He can be contacted at luisraulalicea@gmail.com.

Todd Nation sold two Manhattan Subway franchises, both among the top 1 percent in sales nationwide. He bought a condo in a W hotel and residence in Dallas, TX, is developing two shopping centers, and was recently married.
