Eileen Crowley Sullivan was appointed assistant dean of the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development at Rhode Island College in August. She places student-teacher candidates, works with practicum supervisors and cooperating teachers, and helps develop academic policy. Eileen was formerly with Boston University for 26 years as teacher and coordinator of the phys ed, health education, and coaching program, including an online certification program. She has authored several textbooks. Her two children graduated from Hamilton College. Daughter Cassie received an MAT in Latin at Boston University and son Brendan is a PhD student in applied math at Carnegie Mellon. Eileen’s husband, William, has been a business manger with Raytheon for the past 32 years. Eileen has been an alumni admissions contact for Skidmore for 33 years. Her e-mail address and license plate are, not surprisingly, “SKID76.” Eileen’s niece Krista Glencross ’10 is a senior at Skidmore.
