Nov. 1 Workshop Focus: Finding an Internship

Wondering how to tap into the market for interns? Would you like to learn more about ways to test the career market through an internship? Career Services will provide answers to these and other questions in an Internship Workshop on Wednesday, Nov. 1.

Open to all interested Skidmore students, the session is scheduled from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Bolton Hall, room 282.

Students interested in the following topics are especially welcome:

Finding a local internship for credit for Spring 2007.

Looking for a summer internship in such major metropolitan areas as New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco, etc.

Interested in internship opportunities abroad.

Networking to uncover unadvertised internships.

Discovering everything you ever wanted to know about finding the right internship, and more.
